To select the amount you require please adjust the quantity as required to obtain the desired amount. For example; if you want 100g of chilli flakes then adjust the quantitiy to 2, this will then make the desired 100g. This is the same thoughout for all items where there is a weight required. We will give you as close to that amoount as possible and very likley a little more, we certainly will not undercut the weight. Thanks
