- Register to shop online
- Your details will only ever be known to us, privacy is the utmost importance
- Orders may take up to 4 days to process depending on stock levels, fresh food produce ordered and time of the week the order is placed. We place value on the best product and produce we can get our hands on thus meaning you may need to wait just a little longer.
- We do not stock huge amounts of 1 product so if you require or have ordered a significant amount of a product, we will contact you or please contact us directly
- Pricing on the webstore is the price you will be charged
- If you wish to amend an order, please contact us directly, as we will to you, if we need to amend your order
- We will notify you once your order is available for collection or when we will deliver it. This will be by either email or phone call
- Deliveries must have an order of not less than $50
- We will deliver free of charge within 30km of our store address (as the crow flies)
- Deliveries outside of this will be charged at a rate of 0.20c per kilometre (but where possible we will do our best to reduce this)
- Collect in store is available for any amount spent
- Cancellation for orders. Once your order has been placed you will have 24hrs to cancel the order. Please remember though we are not a large store so please try to get it right!
If you have a change of mind or no longer need the product we will kindly replace, refund or give a credit for the product provided that:
a. You contact us within 14 days by phone or email
b. You are able to provide proof of purchase
c. The item is still in sellable condition
We will not however be able to take change of mind or not required returns on the following products:
a. Bulk foods
b. Perishable foods
c. Special orders
- Consumer Guarantees
If you are not happy with the quality of the item or it is not as described or has a fault we will happily refund or exchange the item. Under Australian Consumer Law consumers are protected by certain guarantees.
You must provide proof of purchase and The Organic Grocery Store reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
You must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the goods take photographs of the issue. We will verify the claim within 48hrs and advise of outcome.
